Quality strategic consultancy needn’t break the bank. Companies in Ireland can avail of governmental supports to cover the cost of professional strategic advice.

Enterprise Ireland has a structure for High Performance Startups (HPSUs) to avail of grants up to €5,000 for strategic consultancy, while slightly larger companies can write off up to €35,000 by availing of an Enterprise Ireland Strategic Consultancy Assignment Grant.

    • SMEs and large businesses looking to update their strategy for efficiency and growth.

    WHAT’S PROVIDED?

    • Up to 50% of consultancy costs, with a maximum grant of €35,000.

    • Available for new assignments of strategic significance to the business.

    • Large companies can access this grant for environmental and decarbonisation initiatives.

    HOW CAN I USE IT?

    • Hiring a strategic consultant to support business transformation, growth planning, or process optimisation.
